The power behind Caribbean Producers Jamaica Limited is the people. CPJ has a team of almost 300 employees. Thirty-five percent of our staff complement is our Sales & marketing Team. The team is responsible for creating the demand for our brands in the market place. Our operational and administrative team is responsible for supporting the sales team, delivery of products and managing the accounts.

Staff Events for 2009
March 2009
At CPJ, we work hard and we play hard. We aim to keep our staff energised and happy and we recognize their efforts by hosting the staff awards. We honoured persons who have worked with our company for 10 years and recognised the top performers in each department. Our Salesman of the Year is Bronstein Baker and our employee of the year is Karen Wynter. Recently, Wynter was promoted to Customer Service Manager.
July 2009
We presented several scholarship awards for children of staff. This year, twenty-two children were awarded scholarships and bursars based on need and their performances the year before. The children were presented with certificates of achievement.
September 2009
CPJ held a great fun day in Treasure Beach, where 90 per cent of staff turned out with their teammates to participate in various sporting events. The day was dubbed “CPJ Champs” and the teams were Power Wine, Carib and Arizona.
