Yellow Tail Cabernet Merlot

[ yellow tail ] Cabernet Merlot is a fresh, easy drinking young red, offering lifted aromas of blackberries and cassis on the nose with sweet French oak undertones. The Cabernet creates a well balanced tannin framework with the Merlot filling out and softening the mid-palate. Ripe fruit flavours finish with good length demanding another glass.

Try with smoked meats, char-grilled beef, game poultry, roast duck, mild lamb curries, meat loaf and cold meat salads. An excellent food wine.
